Hello folks,
Truthfully I was hoping to hold off on these until much later on in the game. However, I've decided to start doing these now instead. So, say hello to our very first activity check.
Activity Checks will occur every month to ensure that our members are active on the site. You have TWO WEEKS to post in here letting us know you're still checking the site and are active. Once you have posted in here, we, the Staff, will be checking to see just how active you are for this month. If you have not been very active, we will make note of it and inform you that your activity is getting low, and that we'd like to see some more of you.
Those of you that have made a post in the LOA sub-board and are actively on leave will not be required to post here. If extenuating circumstances are keeping you from being active on a regular basis, we encourage you to either let us know via PM or by posting in the LOA area, that way you will not be penalized and we'll have a general idea of what to expect from you. Activity is the life-blood of an RPG, and admittedly we're very small at the moment. In order for us to grow, we need to be an active community. If people check us out and see a ghost town... nine times out of ten they'll look for somewhere else to spend their time.
I'm very happy with the people we have so far, and I'd love for more people to join our ranks. The more people, the more opportunities for character interaction for everyone.
Anyway, I'm done talking your ears off.
This is how this'll work. You will reply to this thread stating the following:
"I, -state name-, am checking in for the month of March."
If you'd like, you can list the amount of posts you've made this month and the dates of those posts. But, it's not necessary.
I hope to see everyone here post. If anyone fails to check in, we will attempt to contact them via PM and/or e-mail. If there's no sign of the individual after a week, they'll be considered inactive. After a month of inactivity, we cannot guarantee the safety and well-being of their character.
We do not NPC character's forever.
That is all.
Sincerely,
~ The Staff ~
