I think I topped you in word count, Cruz. At least as far as the Durant post is concerned. Stone and Furby on the other hand I believed you far surpassed. Here's a friendly challenge: Mason, I challenge you to top Cruz's post length in your next post. I know you can do it. Also, now I have to deal with the panicking RTO in character. Wilkas, the panic attack was a nice touch and threw me somewhat of a curve ball. Now Durant, with the help of our nameless Corpsman NPC assisting him, has the unceremonious duty of trying to calm the hysterical woman down before she dies of self-asphyxiation. I can't wait to see what other twists you have in store for us with Wilkas in this mission. |

I don't generally like to double post, however I feel the occasion permits such a necessity. So listen close, folks. I'm excited to reveal that I have entered into employment with an indie book publishing company run by a few old pals of mine. I will be tackling a new beast: original fiction. I will not yet announce the company as officially they aren't going to list me until my first full length novel is in the works. That said, you may see my novel for sale on the Amazon Kindle in a few months if all goes well. My author name will be M. Cartwright and my books will be sold for 2.99 to 3.99 U.S. dollars depending on length. Since I'm writing a full novel, expect $3.99. I am very excited about this. The first novel will spawn a trilogy, as per my agreement. I have to submit a book treatment by Monday for my first novel. I am one happy camper, at the moment, and I thought I'd share the good news with you guys. I've only told a select few. Feel proud. |

They aren't hiring anyone else at the moment as I'm the fifth author they have hired / are managing. However, when they do start hiring again, I'll put in a good word and see if they'll hire you.

I hope to have it ready to be read soon lol. Like I said, I have to have a book treatment in by Monday for the first novel. So far my plans for it are pretty grand and I think it'll be an awesome read. I don't want to give too much away but expect a Tom Clancy / Medal of Honor 2010 / Call of Duty before it sucked ass-style to the book.
And it'll be the first in a trilogy, so I got that going for me haha. We'll see how things go.

Can I name and play the rest of my fire team? I know I've got Furby, but I'd like to at least name the other two privates.
Also, are we running with 4 man teams, or 5?

Yeah, you can NPC the other two open slots in your fire team. The ranks will range from Private to Lance Corporal, so take your pick for your characters.
Also, all fire teams are comprised of four men, with three fire teams comprising a squad.
