Licina is fairly naïve in her daily life, not really wanting to be in the spotlight, but occasionally getting thrown into it has caused her to lust for being alone more and more. This usually leads her to being a bit unfriendly while meeting new people, leading to ignorant actions, or on the occasion speaking out of turn and completely at random; although the latter seems more like a distraction from the current situation. Due to this she has been diagnosed with a social anxiety disorder. Although this only tends to act up when alone in the presence of someone uncommon to her.

Stubborn as steel and rough as sandpaper, Licina was never one to back away from guy things. She always has been the girl who loves trucks and wrestling. This has led her to be stubborn around other females as she despises being treated like a girl means she isn’t as good as a guy. She always strives to impress and show off leading to many incidents. Her rough exterior makes her hard to approach and she knows it and uses it to her advantage when she can.

Between this and her naivety, Licina is sometimes looked at like she is stupid. In actuality however Licina is very intelligent. Able to photo-memorize weapon designs and usually rip apart and reassemble weapons in most situations. She always likes taking in new information which makes her curious about a lot of things, even nosy to some degree.

Due to the events that transpired during the first contact of the covenant Licina is very vengeful towards the covenant. She despises the aliens with veracity not unmatched but with little equal previous to the covenant’s incursion. She has no sympathy for them and given the option makes them suffer. Although this lust for revenge doesn’t sway her to not kill it does hinder how quickly, especially if the alien is wounded.

Physical Description: Licina is a neophyte, and with her short stature, she is taken like a kid. Her face is sharp boned but it is masked in a sea of freckles. The soft Blue/green eyes are bright and drawing but the shoulder length golden hair that breaks loose from her regulation bun usually cut pieces out of her eyes. She is a natural curvy athletic built woman

Masked under most clothing is her tattoo. The tattoo is a bare bones Sangheili head. Around the head is a scope. Below is the word Harvest as to always remind her why she fights. The Elites head is solid blue and the cross hairs are red with Harvest being black.

At the base of Licina's shoulder, the skin diverges into the solid silver of her metal arm. The arm it's self is a general design. The shoulder however has a cheetah print look to it since her time fighting the covenant. From there down it appears to be all wires and gears until the elbow. The elbow has been filed down to be sharp. Farther down at the hand; the finger tips have also been filed down to a claw like ideal.

Background Information: When humanity was still plagued with corrupted police and insurrectionist attacks, a young girl was born with a twin. Kirsten and Boyd were great children. The only problem they really experienced was that Kirsten was born with only one arm. They got a replacement with some help from the community and life returned to normal for them, neither the children nor their parents were expecting the events that would later transpire. After two short years, a collection of alien beings had found Humanity on the recovery from its own internal war on the planet Harvest. The aliens landed on the planet and through means outside unknown to humanity, a war swiftly swept across the two groups. So naturally before an armada could strike the planet the UNSC began evacuating civilians. Kirsten was two and would be three in four days when the shit hit the fan. Her mother and father rushed to the evacuation site. Only two evac planes remained when they reached the blockade. The marines there could not fit the family of four. So they were split up, Kirsten and her mother were put on one and Boyd and the father on the other. Kirsten’s ship lifted off and began taking fire but it escaped to the awaiting UNSC ships. Mean while the second did not make it off planet. When it had finally lifted off the covenant were already in full attack mode and easily pushed the ill prepared marines out of the way and destroyed the transport.

Kirsten was lucky and was able to get to the inner colonies before any further damage had been done. They were dropped off on Mars where they were put into a refugee camp. Kirsten grew a little more, but her mother wouldn't let go of the past. Kirsten never knew the fate of her father, and every time she would ask her mother would instantly burst into sobs. Kirsten was raised on books and more books, although usually children's books which gave her a strong sense of morality. Propaganda was already spreading about the war when Kirsten finally went to school. With her love of knowledge she instantly began learning about the war until she came home with it at age ten. She talked with her mother about the aliens and that was when she was told the truth behind her estranged father. This was also the first time she had been informed of her twin and his fate.. So that night she vowed that one day she would help the UNSC to drive back these invaders.

So when she hit high school, she instantly entered the JROTC program. She was a natural in most of her high school JROTC career, and only really suffered in her social interactions with other cadets. While in the cadet corps she developed even more understanding of war and strategy, and much more until, at the age of 16, she enlisted. She did boot camp on Reach while on reach she got a tattoo to make sure she had a reminder for why she wanted to fight. However due to an unknown mishap, Licina was sent back to finish her last two years of school. After which, she was promoted to Private First Class. She was then taken about a UNSC destroyer, The Potomac, which was to meet up with UNSC Vengeance to transfer new marines to fill in the ranks left opened by the dead or missing. The Potomac, while on its way to Phoenix III, was intercepted by a crippled Covenant Vessel . Through surprising means the covenant ship was able to attack and send troops into the Potomac and subsequently the extra marines were needed to assist in the protection of the ship. Kirsten had been proven very useful in the fight for the Potomac. The reason being that a plan she had stolen from old movies ended up stopping an assault on one of the corridors that connected to the bridge. This earned her a mark of respect, and eventually that respect blossomed into a promotion upon arrival to the UNSC Vengeance. She was then assigned to Oscar company where she resides as of now.
