Personality Profile: Miranda knows that no one likes a Loudmouth, or a mute, so she choose to be a inbetween. She talks when ordered to or when she needs to but otherwise takes on the mentality of “if you can’t say something nice don’t say it at all” granted she is not opposed to a light curse when dealing with the Convent. But then again she hates the Covenant with a passion that rivals most other U.N.S.C marines, especially for what they did to the worlds they attacked.
It should also be noted that she has Sciopathic hate of the Aliens, resulting in her not caring what the aliens do or say and will always shoot them. While it hasn’t happened yet, there is a strong likelyhood of her disobeying orders so she can kill more of the Covenant forces.
Physical Description: Miranda is a tall and lightly built woman sporting a Ahlete’s build, she is American with a long bloodline traveling back to Europe, resulting in her being Caucasian, with her sometimes joking that “The snow looks at me with green envy.” She also has the standard Reach traits, with a blue Tattoo on one side of her face from a childhood bet, the Tattoo is a standard Ornate tatto, it being two blocky creasents faceing oppiste of each other.
Like all Soilders Miranda has shortened hair, it being a pointail that is completely hidden by her helmet in combat. Miranda has no scars so far as she has spent the majority of combat duty behind front lines firing from fortified positions.
Background Information:
Miranda was born into a strict military family oldest out of the two brothers, one a internet Nerd who had a found interest of anything that is tech, and a absolute hate for thier father who breates him for being out of shape, and a crippled 13 year old who died out of complications, Miranda always resented her father for being so dismissive of thier crippled brother. It was no surprise to her that her remaining brother succeeded at everything with a A+ while she often was found at a low C due to consitant juggling of acting as a mother to her brother. While her Father would never admit it, he was a terrible Father in a lot of things. Though they did share some good memories together.
The best way to describe her father is this, he is a man who will beat you to the pavement and never leave you alone but when you finish the goal he will be one of the best people you know for the rest of the time intill a new goal shows itself. This is what inevitably set up Miranda’s Military career, while Miranda wanted to be a Mechanic her father and her had consitant talks about what should be her life. Her Brother Ryan told her to go Mechanic more of to spit her father then anything, while her father wanted her to serve the U.N.S.C like he did. While she was always with a A+ in P.E and Wrestling, she was mainly interested in the history of the old world before Humanity reaches the stars, however she knew she would never have a stable career path in that field thus her love for mechanics blossoms as a teacher showed her the way for it. For years she attempted to follow the path of a mechanic for anything, auto mechanic, construction worker, even a computer worker, eventually she computlated to her father’s demand after the Covenant reared it’s ugly head and she was handed a taste of the propaganda. Which in her eyes of it being the only sensible peace to follow, but she didn’t join for her father and she made sure he knew it. Ryan refused to contact her after she made the decision and finds a excuse to be away whenever she visits, being of the opinion she abandoned him to thier dad.
Her ear early years in boot camp was tough to say the least, being able to pass the physical exam was simpler then using half the arsenal and failed repeatedly in it’s use, resulting in her being held for Remedial training, aka being recycled. This did however give her a remarkable better aim then most other recruits due to her spending almost her entire time on that one bit she failed.
That life seems incredibly distant now to Miranda who fights on a daily basis to survive and fight some more. To her this isn’t a pay check or a matter of family pride, this is just life.
