Fraternization is a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). It falls under a subparagraph of Article 134, and is defined by the Manual For Courts-martial (MCM). According to the MCM, the "elements of proof" for the offense of fraternization are:
That the accused was a commissioned or warrant officer.
Last I check I wasn't a commissioned officer

Anyways, I'm Kevin. I was invited to the RP by two people, who I will let claim for themselves, since I don't know their user names on here.
I was playing in an RP that delt with ODSTs, and I have a vast knowledge of Halo.
Sadly, the RP I was apart of fell apart, and the owner "nuked" the site. So now, here I am, hoping to continue on as a marine.
So, hope to see you guys on the battlefield.

You'll find we're a very fun, laid back community of mature adults. Most of our members are former Army (IT'S A TAKEOVER!) and we have a couple Brits here too.
